Thomas Dintino
Mechanical Systems Engineer
Growing up, I always built Lego sets and helped my parents with projects around the house, so it was natural for me to study Mechanical Engineering in college. Throughout college, I realized that my knack for engineering may be better described as passion for problem solving, as I love working in collaborative settings to design simple solutions to complex challenges. This year’s NASA USLI challenge offers an exciting opportunity to exercise my own engineering skillset while improving it by working in a team of talented engineers. I’m ecstatic to gain a better understanding of the challenges involved in developing airworthy systems before graduating and hopefully working in aerospace and defense.
